Several of these were done up at the cabin, others at Kendra's crop, and all the others were done in the days immediately following my computer crash.
This soccer picture was taken last fall when the boys tried soccer for the first time. I love the simplicity of the layout-so up my aisle with the white background and simple embellies.
Probably my least favorite of all of them.I just couldn't make this one come together like it had in my head. The subject's cute though.
Another preschool one-I seem to have a lot of these. Again, lovin' the white background and simple embellishments.
From Cameron's first day of school last August, a mere 2 months after our accident and you can see how badly his right eye droops. (My picture got crinkled, thus the streak down his face) Isn't his eye so much better now? That makes me happy. So does this layout. I love those chipboard stickers, Thickers as they're known in the industry.
Just saying that made me feel cool as all get out.
Anyway, that green swirly doodad is a hambly transparency-very cool even if only used by my limited imagination.
No, sadly, I take it back, this is my least favorite. I lifted this from an idea book and tried to use all the same elements, but it's just too cluttery for me. Too much going on. I love the subject matter though-my kids seriously love soccer.
This is another lift I did with a lot of machine sewing on it and I love the way it turned out! Love the colors, and the fact that I got my white background in there.
Another lift I did, completely different from anything else pictured above. The paint makes the page look a bit warped in this picture but it has since flattened out nicely. What I love about this: the stamped journaling and that bright spot of pink and white ribbon with a black strip of rub-ons.
Seriously one of my favorite layouts ever ever ever ever! I CASE'd (Copy And Steal Everything) this from Elsie's book and I don't care who knows it! I love the subject matter-Nat-Mat, C-Chow, myself, and CC toilet papering Heather's home after a crop. And I love that I got to use so many femmy elements. I love the flowers! Poor Amie hardly ever gets to scrap with flowers! And I love that the color scheme is really NO color scheme and that it didn't matter what I used where.
This was a lift I did at Kendra's home at our last crop.its' a bit plain jane for my taste, and let's face it, I hate the orange, but it's nice for something different. I guess. If I must. ;)
I think this one's kinda neat.fancy and crap. Another one of those hambly transparencies over the patterned paper.
And for something completely different, another one of my all time favorites. I just had fun with this one. I love journaling on photos.
So which is your favorite and why? Go ahead and pad my ego. ;) I'll randomly choose a winner who will receive this RAK of many a lovely flower that I will never use. ;) I'll pick a winner on Saturday the 14th and have it posted in the evening. Just leave a comment saying which layout above if your fave. Thanks for playing!

Oh wow Amie...I would comment without the incentive! I am always struggling with my DS layouts (DD layouts are roughly 2 to 1!) so thanks for all the super ideas! I do quite like the last one just because the journaling is so sweet...
Love, love, give me a hug! I like you love the simplicity. This is part of the reason I don't scrap consistantly. Too much stuff out there, and the pressure to use it!
Wow, this one was really hard to pick a fav. I absolutely love the one with all the flowers. It looks so complicated! I just don't seem to have the patience..
The one with the journaling on the pic. Sweet words, cute pic and it looks great with the hearts breaking up your thoughts.
Preschool days is my favorite! They are all great! But I do not need any flowers! ;D Just wanted to say the LOs were great!
Those are some great layouts. I have to say that my FAVORITE is the last one with the journaling on the picture. That is a GREAT photo and the journaling is perfect.. Great Job..Im so going to have to scraplift that idea.
They're all cute as usual. My favorites though are "preschool days"(love the simplicity and felt thickers)and "silly"(love the colors, sewing and Ethan is just too darn cut!)
Hi there,
I would have totally left you a comment, just could not find the comment link. Anyways... I love the layout you cased from Elsie's book. I have cased a few from there myself. I am a total flower nut. They inspire me with their colours and shape and you hit the nail on the head. Your layout is fabulous.

I Love.... hmm.. i love.... yeah thats the one, it really touched my heart and I really feel all the love, its beautiful yet "simple". It´s a nice touch to have the journaling on the photo.
Give me a hug. That picture just makes me laugh. Reminds me of something my daughter would say to me when she is being goofy, or all dirty.
I liked the ice cream layout, even if you don't care too much for the orange! Blue and orange are so compatible. Very cute layout.
I really like that last one, too. Such a sweet picture, and I love the writing and doodling.
Hey I finally was able to post. Your layouts are all so amazing. Since I have to pick just one, it has to be the Trouble Makers. Thanks for a chance at the pretty flowers.
Hi Amie,
Your layout are awesome, but I would have to pick the TROUBLE MAKER one.
Thanks for a chance at those beauty flowers.
Cathy

I adore the last one you posted of you and the hubby where you did all the doodling...it's GORGEOUS!! Take care and know you are missed!! :)
Well, my favorite on would have to be the last one. I love all of them, but that one I think is my favorite because of the heartfelt journaling on it. So sweet and so romantic.
Nice layouts! My favorite is 'Wish'. I think the swirl is great and the blue is a nice colour contraston the red.
Greetings from Belgium, Annelies
The last page is very sweet. I also like the missing tooth one... there is something so endearing about a kid with a missing tooth!
