Long ago, in a land far away, I had willpower to diet, exercise, and lose weight.
Long ago, I was in a zone, exercising twice a day (TurboJam in the mornings and CrossFit at nights), eating relatively healthy, and shedding pounds and inches.
Then May happened.
And with it, Disneyland, my parents' visit, camping, many many batches of homemade cookies, and the loss of all my resolve.
Anyone seen it?
I can't find it...all I see is the 8 pounds I gained in May. Eight. Ocho. VIII. Two-less-than-ten. Six-more-than-two. What the heck?
I hereby declare May a do-over.
Cuz that resolve to eat good and stay active has to be around here somewhere...it just has to.
Anyone with me?

Ooohhh, bad to day to firm one's resolve. It's national donut day after all. The mere fact that we have a donut day as a nation may hint to our weight problems.....

EEEk.. Well I shed half of that for you this month The doctor says I lost four lbs.. This month will be better You are always determined. =-)
I am with you on the Turbo Jam, really like that workout! I have about 20 to get rid of. Let me know when is good for you next week!
I'm so sorry Amie, but they had to go somewhere. hehe
Did you say cookies? yummmmm
Wait, this is why I'm fat in the first place. Dangit...
I want to know what happened to my resolve as well. I was doing well, but somehow all of my weight came back as well.
It must have missed me much more than I missed it - oh well!
I have great confidence that with the business of summer you'll work it all back off!
Summer is the best time to lose weight. Take the boys swimming a lot. It tones and shapes better than anything and it helps me to lose inches pretty fast. It seems that I gain weight in muscle, but if the clothes are looser I'm happy:)
I am all for a do over. Although the entire month of May wasn't awful for me...I am on a two weeks on one week off will power schedule. I wish I could get it to stick around longer than two weeks. And of course anything I lose in the two weeks just sticks around until the third week hits! :P
