There is much to tell and many pictures to share. :)
The short story is, we just returned from a week long vacay in Canada to collect my mother-in-law from her 18 month LDS Church mission. While there I fell in love with the architecture and met some fabulous people, saw some amazing things, and learned that the ever elusive caffeine-free Mountain Dew does exist. We saw temples, church history sites, rain, snow, about a thousand lakes, and old relatives.
And we learned that you can become instant friends with strangers and not know how you ever existed without knowing them before. *hugs to all our new canadian friends!*
Pictures to come. For now, it's nice to be home in sunny, flat Phoenix.

Scott and I looked it up online, it is spelled "ey"
Lol - it's Eh? ;)
They joke that that is how Canada originally got it's name - they were pulling letters out of a bag and the guy pulled out a C and said "C eh?" and then a "N eh?" and then "D eh?" and the other guy had written down C-a-n-a-d-a ;)
I hope you had a good time up here in Canada despite the cold. I'm British but I adore this amazing country and consider it my home. I quite understand why it is always near the top of the list of best places to live in the world :)
I wouldn't choose to live anywhere near Toronto, but Alberta is STUNNING!! ;)
