a picture is worth a thousand words...

It was a cold cold morning; as we drove down to the lake, either very low clouds or fog covered the water. It was quite a sight. I got some pictures, but they didn't do it justice. It was probably around 40 degrees out there and our poor poor kids were freezing. After about 30 minutes we finally admitted we'd made a big mistake by coming out so early. At around 9 or so, the sun was up and over the mountain and as long as we trolled in a sunny spot, it was very comfortable. I'm glad we brought those blankets though. Chilly chilly morning!
