danny's birthday

We did a fun little treasure hunt with clues leading Danny around the house and eventually to his 'treasure', some kind of work out bench that he'd been wanting. He also got a G-shock watch, but he knew he was getting that...the bench was a surprise, as was the little Hunt. As he put it, I'm usually predictable when it comes to gifts and birthdays, so it was nice to surprise him. Poor guy has to work today, but it was a 6am shift so that means he'll be home nice and early tomorrow morning with plenty of time to help us get ready for church. Although he's stationed in Glendale today and they are usually pretty busy all night through and sometimes hold their guys over for a couple of hours if needed. Wish him luck that he gets some sleep on his birthday shift.
