I keep forgetting to report my exercise for the past week.  I worked out 4 times, all different.  Monday was a step aerobics class, Thursday was weight training and toning, Friday was Pilates (which was really really really hard, but I liked it much better than Yoga taught by the same person...you should see how rediculous I look during these classes!) and Saturday I walked briskly  around the park for about 45 minutes while my boys played on the playground equipment.  Not too bad.  Plus, two days ago I recommitted myself to WW because I seriously need to lose 20 pounds by the beginning of the summer.  So, two days straight, I've stayed OP.  I've tried a couple of new LF dessert recipes lately that I really like--that's where I need the help, the snacking.  ;)
Yum Yum Brownie Muffins
1 15-oz can pumpkin
1 devils food cake mix
Combine the 2 ingredients, stir stir stir, and divide among 12 muffin cups; cook 18-20 min at 400 degrees.  So simple and really quite yummy.  Really...I hate pumpkin and you really can't taste it in these, plus they're huge.  3 WW pts.  I'll post a picture in the morning.  G'night!
