what did you do this weekend?

Our weekend was made interesting by little facts such as this:

  • I donated blood Saturday morning and then proceeded to nearly pass out every time I stood up--that is actually still going on I'm afraid.
  • Ethan got 'saved' by the lifeguards at Wet 'n' Wild.
  • We were rear-ended while driving back from said exciting excursion.

(Ethan was totally fine, and we were hit by a car going approximately 5 mph so there is no damage and everyone is ok. But sheesh. I'd kinda like a do-over for the whole weekend.)

You?

Gosh, I hope you are ok! Did they check to see if you were anemic first?

That sounds like a very rotten weekend! and Im sorry!

Maybe the week will be better!

You sure do lead an exciting life! Glad everyone is ok. My weekend consisted of washing light bulbs and my husband painting our front door. How's that for exciting?!? :)

That does not sound fun at all. I don't give blood for that very reason. I am borderline anemic and they don't want my blood anyway.
I would like a weekend do-over, too. I didn't leave the house because I was sick, I slept a lot. My head hurts because I got a stupid cold, and its making my nausea worse. Boo to this weekend.

Um are you eating enough calories to give blood? How did Ethan get saved? Were the boys freaked out when the car got hit? Did I ask enough question Lol

I think you do need a do-over. Matt and I got a little weekend get-away. We left the boys at my parents and headed to St. George. We went to the Tuacahn to see Disney's Tarzan. It was amazing! We stayed 2 nights and shopped, and hung out all day Saturday. It was so nice. We even got a temple session in. We stopped at my parents to visit with my brother and sister Sunday afternoon too. It couldn't have been a better weekend. By the way~ since your parents live in St. George we could plan to meet at the Tuacahn next year. Little Mermaid tickets go on sale this Friday. We need to make a plan. E-mail me if you are interested.
